I am co-owner of Healthbolt along with Matt (fitness guru and law of attraction coach – see pic below) and we are excited to share our knowledge with you. We are here to deliver great content and quality when it comes to fitness and health related subjects. This really applies to everything in life I suppose.

Both Matt and I have personally been into and around health and fitness for 17 years. I’m not just talking about dieting and working out, I’m also talking about mental health, emotional heath, spiritual health, etc. Look at health for a singular aspect is not enough.
Having personally been an amateur fitness/bodybuilder/model and Matt being the law of attraction coach and fitness guru himself, we were naturally around open minded thinkers that expanded our thoughts of what health is and how far we can take it.
We have experimented with all different kinds of diets and scenarios to maximize the human condition. Clear mental health is what we have discovered is one of the biggest areas anyone should focus on. You can eat and exercise perfectly, but if you are not in the best mental state, than it is all for not. Our minds are one of the most underestimated power points in the universe. When we can learn to use even 10% of it effectively, we can literally change the world. Most of us are operating on much less then 10% of our capabilities. It is crazy to think, but true.
So how do we tap into a higher level of our brain power? That is exactly why we are here. It can’t all be described here in this short introduction, but we will be covering much more in future blogs. This is just mean to be a welcome and information of who we are.
We can say that we have found how to alter any diet plan and increase your vitality and energy with just a few little tweaks. Most people hear diet and think they need to alter everything all at once. This is probably a really bad idea in most cases and causes burn outs faster then anything. Slow implementation is the best route. Doing things this way creates a natural easy into things and won’t shock the body too much. Just as an example we could suggest that every morning you wake up and have a green drink first thing in the morning. You can leave the rest of your diet just how it is, but add this one idea and you will see a drastic change. A fresh morning wheatgrass shot is even better! I will do a wheatgrass blend once a week and it is the best feeling.
