it’s simply sad that we need to be reminded (and we do) of the worst ways to lose weight.
the one I loved is the NOT DOING IT ALONE. I just finished writing an article all about accountability partners in weight loss/maintaining a loss and Im more sold than ever.

Hi MizFit, it always amazes me as to the extremes that we will go to in order to lose weight, even if it is at the cost of good health…the list is a great reminder of what not to do…
