No Dying Allowed…

You’ve got to love this. There is no room in the cemetery so the Mayor of Sarpourenx, a small village in southwest France, has posted an ordinance in the council offices stating that “all persons not having a plot in the cemetery and wishing to be buried in Sarpourenx are forbidden from dying in the parish.” It added: “Offenders will be severely punished.” You have to wonder, how in the world can you punish someone who is dead!!!

Boxing Parkinsons symptoms away…

I’m no fan of boxing. When I think of the sport, I think concussions, head injuries, and permanent brain damage. But a gym in Indiannapolis is redefining the sport as a means of helping those with Parkinsons Disease. I was driving somewhere when I heard on the radio about no dying in the French jurisdiction you mentioned. I laughed so hard, I’m surprised I didn’t drive off the road!

Hi Marijke, glad to hear you didn’t run off the road…just reading about it made me laugh, hearing it on the road would have been down right hilarious…
