  • Named for Dr. Arnold Kegel, a Kegel is simply an exercise designed to strengthen the pelvic floor.

How do you do them?

  • Simple. Contract and release the muscles around your hoo-ha, the ones that control the flow of your pee.

Why bother?

  • For Ladies: Kegels help make the va-jay-jay tighter, igniting greater friction between you and your partner. He can actually tell whether you’ve been Kegeling, as he can feel your muscles tightening around him. No surprise, this makes for a very happy partner.
  • For Gents: Kegels can help you achieve stronger stiffies and greater control over ejaculation. It is also said that strengthening the pelvic floor may allow you to achieve a form of non-ejaculating orgasm, and possibly multiple climaxes during the deed.

How often do I have to do this?
