Stuff I Want: Baker’s Edge Trick Brownie Pan

Considering the amount of brownies that one technically should be consuming, you might as well make them count, right? I’m fan of the corner brownie, myself, because of the double-dose of those fantastic chewy sides.

Well, the baker’s edge brownie pan is specifically designed to crank out at least two chewy edges on every single one that comes out of the pan. Some have three! Oh, yes.

This is just the sort of doo-hickery that falls squarely into my, “Why didn’t I think of that?” category, where it will stay, keeping bagel’s in CD spindles company.

    I always, ALWAYS go for the middle brownies and hate when I get a side piece, let alone a corner. This pan is not for me.

    What, you’re nuts. The chewy stuff at the edges is all I want. Maybe we should eat brownies together. Everyone wins!

    I only like the center brownies (or pizza if they are cut into squares). Someone should invent an edgeless pan for brownies for us center-piece lovers.

    I like the fudgy soft middle brownies. Thumbs down on the edge pan. Use a round pan for maximum centre-to-edge ratio.
