The Busiest IHOP in The World

The following amazing numbers are from the busiest IHOP (International House of Pancakes) in the world. It sits just outside Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
On an average Sunday, the restaurant serves the following for breakfast only:
- 7000 pancakes, each a consistent 4 ¾ - 5 ½ inches wide
- 40 gallons of syrup
- 458 dozen eggs – in case you don’t want to do the math, that’s 5,500 sunny-sides up
- 600 glasses of orange juice
- 1,000 cups of coffee
- 1,063 pounds of bacon and sausage – laid end-to-end, they’d stretch across a football field
Who handles this gargantuan amount of food? 10 cooks, 18 waitstaff, and 6 dishwashers take care of setting, serving, clearing and cleaning 260 tables.
