Fake nurses (they’re waitresses) at The Heart Attack Grill in Tempe Arizona are pissing off the State Board of Nursing. They dress in nurse-themed outfits baring miles of cleavage, short skirts and thigh-highs while serving Flatliner Fries and other concoctions deep fried in pure lard. The Hooters-esque combo of fulfilling visual and culinary fantasies is not sitting well with the parodied.
