In the last 24 hours there has been an outcry from my fellow Healthbolts. There was no posting yesterday!?

“WTF? Why? Why no posts!?”, The masses My friend, Tommy, cries out and demands satiation!

Well, I had a cold* and was feelling poopy, so no posts yesterday…
