“Allergic” to the Sun

Here’s a short story about a man who sneezes every time he is exposed to a bright light. So every time he goes outside or to the bathroom at night his schnozz goes off. And it turns out he’s not some kind of freak, he’s just got Photic Sneeze Reflex.
Since I can remember I’ve been “allergic to the sun”, or at least that’s what I tell people when I go outside on a bright sunny day. In fact, it doesn’t even have to be a sunny day. A trip to the bathroom will give me two sneezes, no more, no less, as long as I turn the light on of course.
I’ve never known the answer… until now.
Go towards the light, after the jump!

The sneezing from sunlight you referred to is due to a genetic predisposition of nerves crossed the wrong way in your skull. My daughter and I both have this unique ability, along with my mother.
