Tobacco Companies in U.S. Hiking Nicotine Levels in Cigarettes; Have Been for 6 Years

Last week, the Massachusetts’ Dept. of Health released a new study showing that nicotine levels in the average cigarette has risen by at 10% in the last 6 years. Thus making it harder to quit smoking and easier to become addicted. Some brands, such as Kool, have had their nicotine content hiked by as much as 20%.
